Description
A simple and safe way to deal with fogging of mirrors in wet areas such as Bathrooms, Shower Rooms, etc. The self adhesive pads are easy to install behind existing or new mirrors. Simply integrate the mirror pad into the lighting circuit, so it only switches on when you need it. For larger mirrors, multiple pads can be used together. It works at low temperatures, protecting the mirror from damage or overheating. Due to its low power, the energy consumed is an insignificant fact compared to your comfort.

Features
- Safe way operation – The heating foil works at low temperatures so that it cannot overheat or be damaged.
- Low power consumption – Compared to its low power, power consumption is negligible.
- Quick and easy installation – The foil has an adhesive coating (protected with paper), which serves for its easy gluing to the back of the mirror. The foil can be integrated to the lighting circuit in the bathroom.
- Lack of maintenance – Once installed, the film does not need any maintenance over time.
The power supply lead (1m long; 5x3mm oval cross section) is fitted with a plastic cover (6mm thick) at the place where it is connected. Space for the cover and outlet of the lead must be created at the place of connection below the mirror. The supply lead isn´t fitted with a plug so that it can be pulled through e.g. the wall of a cupboard or a goose neck if needed. The foil is usually connected to the mirror light (230V), but other methods of switching it on and off are possible – an independent switch, a time switch, a movement sensor, etc. Approximately 1-2 minutes after switching the foil on, an area of the mirror which corresponds to the size of the heating foil will defog, and gradually this area will extend up to 10cm beyond the edges of the foil. For glued mirrors, choose the size of the foil in such a way that there is sufficient mirror edge left outside the perimeter of the foil for the gluing of the mirror (sealant will not stick to the heating foil). We recommend that larger/heavier mirrors are fitted using a mounting frame.
