Description
The heating mat LDTS – 160 W / m has a heating cable with a power of 160 W / m distributed on pre-glued coils on a fiberglass mesh, ensuring the distance between the powers. The underside of the fiberglass mesh has a self-adhesive coating, which further facilitates the installation of electric underfloor heating. The heating mats are available in different lengths with a width of 50 cm and an additional 3 m cold cable. For the proper functioning of the system and the precise control of the temperature there is a wide range of extremely high quality thermostats, with temperature proble for floor / floor + air.

Basic principles and requirements
- The heating mats should be placed at least 5 cm away from peripheral walls
- The heating mats should not be placed under fixed furniture and massive objects – kitchen appliances, bathtubs, showers, fixed toilets and others.
- Minimum 6 cm thermal insulation and 3 cm screed or specialized reinforced thermal insulation F-BOARD 6/10 mm
- The heating cables must not get tangled
- While the fiberglass mesh can be cut easily, the heating cable is not cut or shortened
- Fixed furniture can be easily bypassed by cutting the fiberglass mesh and securing the cable by hand, surrounding at a distance from the furniture
Installation
- Unscrew the heating mat according to the distribution
- When cutting the support net and reversing the direction, observe a minimum of 3 cm.distance between coils
- Surround the fixed furniture, removing the support net and bypassing the objects with the cable
- Apply the adhesive layer with a soft spatula
- Lay the tiles on small areas (up to 4 sq.m) immediately, and for larger areas 24 hours later
